Physical Relaxation for Sleep
Physical Relaxation for Sleep is exactly what it sounds like: a relaxation exercise focusing on physical relaxation as a tool for falling asleep. You will be prompted to relax your whole body, step by step, one small part at a time, from your feet to your head, and from the right side to the left side. The exercise does not require any more effort from you besides listening to the instructions and therefore suits those of you who do not want to have to put in a lot of active effort when doing a relaxation exercise. Hopefully, listening to this recording will make you so relaxed, both physically and mentally, that you may even fall asleep before you reach the end. There is no reason to fight to stay awake if you notice that you are about to fall asleep. Even if you have only gotten halfway through; just give in and allow yourself to fall asleep.
